Creative Producer Sohanna Sinha to turn film director
Sohanna Sinha, the wife of acclaimed Producer Nikhil Sinha is extremely passionate about direction. And now, she will be fulfilling her dream of turning director soon.
Sohanna who was an actress before marriage has done a film making course in UK wherein she learnt production, direction and other nuances related to making a film.
She says, “Yes, I wanted to get into direction for a very long time. One has to have that passion, and I have been learning and working on a script too. I am making a realistic film as a beginner. And I don’t want Nikhil’s help in that to display my talent. It is a very short and cute film and it will be made with a lot of passion.”
On the cast she will opt for, the Creative Producer turned Director states, “I really do not want to cast big names because it will become more of a commercial film. I would rather take theatre actors and actors from television too.”
On the film actors she will want to work with in future, the lady avers, “I would love to work with Salman Khan. But apart from that, I would like to direct Ranbir Singh and Fawad Khan.”
Lastly, on the vision that her film company holds, she explains, “Triangle Film Company has actually created a big name in a short time. Mahadev was a big hit and Life OK was known for Mahadev. We make shows that people talk about, and the same will be the case with our films.
