The Bollywood bombshell, Malaika Arora recently appeared on the first ever fitness chat show Tik Tok presents ‘Work It Up’, hosted by the charming beauty, Sophie Choudry streaming on VOOT. Both these hotties were seen chatting and catching up with their personal lives while they also enjoyed stretching and doing asanas.

While Sophie struggles to touch her toes, she curiously asks Malaika, “Aapko yeh Yoga ka bukhaar kab aur kaise chada?” (How and when did the Yoga fever hit you?) Malaika responds, “I think that it’s one of the most important and beautiful things that India has gifted to the world.”

Sophie quickly adds, “Par main aap ko kaafi saalo se jaanti hoon aur aap shuru se Yoga nahin karte the. Toh kissne aapko bataya, pehli class, kyun?” (But I know you since many years and you did not do yoga back then. So how did you get to know about it? Who told you and which was your first class) as Malaika with all her heart expresses, “Mujhe kaafi injury huyi thi weight lifting se, hamstring, just generally shoulders pe, lower back, so that’s how I found yoga or rather yoga found me, let’s put it that way. And after that ek love affair ho gaya, it was something I wanted to treasure and hold on for as long as I could.” (I had a lot of injuries with weight lifting, like in my hamstrings, just generally also in my shoulders, lower back, so that’s how I found yoga or rather yoga found me, let’s put it that way. And after that a love affair just happened, it was something I wanted to treasure and hold on for as long as I could.)

Known for her obsession over Yoga, Malaika further added, “Today with Yoga, I feel far more confident, not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. Yoga has brought a lot of discipline in my life.” Sophie and Malaika move on to the eagle pose, as Sophie requests if she can tweak the pose by cheating a bit. Malaika promptly says, “Of course, I’m sure you have your cheat Sunday, it’s very very important.”

Further, on being asked whether she has ever felt out of shape, the confident Malaika responds, “We all women do have those days when we don’t feel we are our 100%. I don’t think you should be wasting and sweating too much about it. Just take each day as it comes and listen to your body.”
