WOAH: Mika Singh all set to look for his bride; to have a SWAYAMVAR through a reality show!

MUMBAI: Sawan Mein Lag Gayi Aag was released in 1998 and continues to be one of Mika Singh’s most popular songs. The song was revisited last year and a new version of it was used in the film Indoo Ki Jawani, starring Kiara Advani and Aditya Seal.

Celebrities looking for their partners on a reality show is not a new trend. After actresses like Ratan Rajput, Rakhi Sawant, Mallika Sherawat had their swayamwars national television, we now hear that Bollywood singer Mika Singh is all set to look for his bride on a reality show.

According to a source, “The reality show will be similar to swayamwars from the past. It is planned to go on air in a few months. Mika will not get married on the show, he will only get engaged and will take his relationship further after that.”

However, Rahul Mahajan did tie the knot with Dimpy Ganguly, a 25-year-old Bengali model, and actress who he met on his show Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega in 2010. The couple lived together for four years and eventually divorced in 2015.

In the case of Mallika, on her reality show, The Bachelorette India, Mere Khayalonki Malika, the actress choose a much younger Vijay Singh as her life partner. After the show ended in November 2013, the two were seeing each other for a while but within a year, it was all over between them.

Even Ratan Rajput, who got engaged to Abhinav Sharma on her show, called off her engagement soon after the show ended.

As for Mika, he recently gatecrashed a wedding with Rahul Vaidya in tow. The Punjabi singer took to Instagram and shared a video in which he was seen surprising guests with a performance and paid the wedding singer a compliment. Dressed in a casual outfit, Mika sang his hit number Sawan Mein Lag Gayi Aag. After his performance, Mika addressed the guests and said, “Wedding crash kar ke aaya hoon, uninvited, but I hope you guys enjoyed.”
