Sayan has a deep side to him, will go a long way: Saayoni Ghosh

Saayoni Ghosh, who acted in Bengali flicks like Rajkahini, Bitnoon and Mayer Biye, feels that Sayan Basu Chowdhury, the director of her upcoming film ‘Kichu Na Bola Kotha’, is talented and will go a long way.
Kichu Na Bola Kotha is Sayan’s first film which is a compilation of four stories of unspoken love and stars Saayoni in one of the stories opposite Suvajit Kar.
Commenting on the director, Saayoni said, “Sayan is young but can think well as he has a deep side to him. I hope his thoughts produces some good stories. I feel if he works with his heart, he will go a long way. Kichu Na Bola Kotha, being his first film, he has done a good job and the film has a lot of possibility.”
Talking about her character in the film, she shared, “I am playing the role of Ishaani who is approaching her 30s. She is a divorcee and is not allowed to stay with her child. She leads a lonely life. At a time when there is no hope in her life, she comes across a guy via social media and decides to date him. The guy comes to her house and she opens the door and from here begins the story. Of course, I am not going to reveal what happens after this. For that, you will have to watch the film. It’s a very interesting story. ”
Suvajit, who will be seen opposite her, has earlier done TV serials like Bhalobasha Bhalobasha. It also stars actors like Mishmee Das and Sheikh Rezwan Rabbani, who are popular faces of small screen.
Saayoni said, “The best part I liked about the film is that many new people have worked in it. Suvajit is from television and I too was into television before. So, Suvajit again is a fresh talent. He has performed well in the film. In Sudeshna di’s (Roy) and Abhijit da’s (Guha) ‘Chalo Lets Live’, I have worked with Somraj Maity who is also from television.”
“Actually, while working in television they get so tied up that they hardly get time to explore something new. So, working in a film is a relief for them and at the same time it’s a nice way to know your acting talent. Suvajit has been wonderful and I feel he is very promising,” she added with a smile.
Also starring Sreelekha Mitra, Pujarini Ghosh, Arjun Chakraboty and Dristi Mondal, Kichu Na Bola Kotha is slated to release this July.
And Saayoni is also awaiting the release of her another film Meghnad Badh Rahasya.
